I loved ICON’s vibe, and that’s what made the gym a part of my daily life. I prefer solo workouts but really love the indoor cycling classes here!

I am an Indoor Cycling instructor and joined ICON to make sure you have a great time and a beautiful fitness experience!

It was my childhood dream to become a fitness instructor, and I was lucky enough to join the ICON community - I love its people and its vibe!

I’ve been a member since the club opened, and I come daily! The vibe here is warm, we have become friends and hang out outside the gym a lot! The trainers are very helpful, especially during the group classes, where they make sure you get the attention you need.

I joined ICON during a tough personal time in my life, and the team & community became my rock. I always find the balance I need from both the zen of Yoga and the intensity of Indoor Cycling! This combo is magic.

With all the classes we offer, there’s something for everyone—and I love pushing each person just enough to surprise themselves.

It’s my second home now—early lifts, shared goals, and post-workout chats; we started as strangers, but now it feels like family.

It’s our ritual now. A little yoga, a lot of laughs and coffee after. We’ve been through uni together, now we flow together too.

TRX made me feel powerful. Like, really powerful. It’s not about weight - it’s about control, balance, and knowing you can do more than you thought.

I started to lose weight and get stronger, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more—it’s just part of my life now, something I look forward to every day.

Real talk: I’m not trying to be a bodybuilder. I just wanted to feel good when I take my shirt off. Abs Xpress got me there - fast.

There’s nothing better than watching someone walk in shy and unsure…and three months later they’re lifting, smiling and walking tall. That information is why I do what I do.

I used to drag myself to the gym....now I look forward to it everyday. It’s not just training anymore - It’s me and the boys pushing each other, hyping each other, having fun.

After work my Pilates class resets my body and my brain. The vibe, the people, the instructor - it’s exactly what I need to feel strong again.
